How to join

To join the Society please complete one of the following forms:

Ordinary and Associate - apply online or download the application form

Trainee - apply online or download the application form
   
Please note – the application form asks for an ASA member to sign as a proposer. If you do not know a member who is able to complete the form please send it to us and we can arrange that for you.

Application process

Your application will be reviewed and sent to the State Chair for approval. Once approved by the State Chair it will then go to the Membership Application Committee.  Please be aware the Committee meets once a month so this may delay your approval time.  

Once your membership has been approved we will send you a pack welcoming you to the Society.
